1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all services and agreements offered by Quantum Consultancy, operated under the responsibility of Mariëlle Duijndam.

By booking a Quantum Consult, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Nature of the Services

Quantum Consultancy provides a form of professional reflection and clarity-oriented conversations.

The services provided:

• are not coaching

• are not therapy

• are not medical, psychological, or legal treatment

The consults are intended for insight and reflection. The client remains fully responsible at all times for their own choices, actions, and outcomes.

3. The Quantum Consult

A Quantum Consult is a one-on-one conversation with an agreed duration and format, as stated on the website.

The consult:

• is a snapshot in time

• stands on its own

• does not create an ongoing guidance or support relationship

What the client does with the insights after the consult is entirely their own responsibility.

4. Responsibility and Personal Agency

The client acknowledges that:

• Quantum Consultancy does not guarantee specific outcomes

• no promises are made regarding results or changes

• all decisions and actions following the consult are taken at the client’s own risk and responsibility

Quantum Consultancy is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from decisions made by the client following the consult.

5. Recordings

If a consult is recorded, this will only take place with the explicit consent of both parties.

The recording is intended for the client’s personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

6. Payment

The current price of a Quantum Consult is listed on the website and is inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed prior to the consult via the provided payment method.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

A consult may be rescheduled once free of charge. In the event of cancellation, no refund will be issued.

If the client does not attend the scheduled appointment, the full amount will be charged, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared during the consult is treated as confidential.

Confidentiality may only be breached if required by law.

9. Liability

Quantum Consultancy is not liable for any damage of any kind arising from the use of its services, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

In all cases, liability is limited to the amount paid for the consult.

10. Amendments

Quantum Consultancy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most current version will always be available on the website.

11. Governing Law

All agreements and services are governed by Dutch law.
